Reach Homeowners Who Need You

Alsowise Plumbing is a referral service. Homeowners in Long Beach and the Long Beach area send us plumbing requests. We pass them to independent providers who serve that area.

This is not a job with a paycheck. It is a way for your own business to receive homeowner requests.

Who Fits the Network

We look for independent businesses that handle one or more of these:

• Emergency plumbing, such as burst pipes and active leaks.
• Drain cleaning and blocked pipe services.
• Sewer line inspection and sewer line repair.

Experience with local housing helps. Many homes here are stucco ranch houses on slabs or raised foundations, older bungalows and tract homes from the 1950s to the 1980s.

What We Expect

• Hold the license, registration and insurance your state and local rules require.
• Give clear, written estimates.
• Explain the problem and the options in plain words.
• Be honest about availability. Do not promise what you cannot deliver.
• Respect the homeowner's home and their right to compare quotes.
• Plan work with the season in mind, such as winter rain or dry-season digging.

How to Apply

1. Your business name and the area you serve. 2. The services you offer. 3. Your license or registration details, if your state requires them. 4. A contact name and the preferred way to reach you. 5. A short note on how you handle emergency requests.

We will review your note and reply by email. Not every applicant will be accepted into the network.

How the Arrangement Works

Providers may pay a fee for referrals. You set your own prices and run your own jobs. The homeowner pays you directly for the work they approve.
